Waiting List Information

1. All families wishing to buy a puppy will need to fill out and submit for approval our puppy application. We will reach out to you promptly via text message after your application is submitted, usually within 1-2 hours of submission regarding your application. 

2. Please be prepared to make your deposit promptly upon approval of your puppy application. We recommend deposits be sent immediately following approval to hold your quoted position. Delays in sending deposits may result in loss of your original quoted position on the waiting list at the time of your application approval, as a deposit must be received prior to being added to our waiting list. Once your deposit is received you will be added to the waiting list and your position on the waiting list will be held.  

3. The deposit is $200 (non-refundable). This holds your position on the waiting list and will reserve your puppy once the time comes to select individual puppies. 

4. Deposits are non-refundable but are deducted from your puppies fee. 

5. Our waiting list is for the breed and gender requested, not a specific litter. 

6. We operate our waiting list in numerical order. Families will move up the waiting list as others on the waiting list select their puppies. 

7. Getting on the waiting list does not promise puppies from the next available expected litter. We operate puppy availability in numerical order to those on our waiting list. If you are on the waiting list and do not get an opportunity for a puppy from a litter on the ground, you will move up the waiting list for following litters until your position on the waiting list aligns with puppy availability. We ask for your patience please, you will get an opportunity for puppies when your position comes up on the list. 

8. Those on the waiting list get first priority to select puppies before puppies are available to the public. 

9. Puppy selections are at 6 weeks old after they have undergone their temperament testing. 

10. Families can check their position on our waiting list at any point in time on our website.

11. Deposits are accepted through Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal using the friends and family option. 

Reservation Information

1. Puppies cannot be reserved until they are 6+ weeks old. 

2. You may submit an application to reserve a specific puppy that's listed as “available” if the puppy is 6+ weeks old. If you're interested in a puppy not yet 6 weeks old, you may still submit an application for them and choose to wait and see if they become available after those on our waiting list have selected their puppies when they are 6 weeks old. We will list any available puppies on our website and Facebook page after everyone on our waiting list has had an opportunity to select their puppy.

4. Please be prepared to make your deposit immediately upon approval of your application as to not potentially lose the puppy you're wishing to reserve, as puppies remain available to the public until a deposit is received on our end. 

5. The deposit is $200 (non-refundable). Once we receive your deposit on our end we will mark your selected puppy “reserved” for you. The selected puppy will be held until the scheduled pick up date. Please be advised puppies continue to be available until a deposit is received on our end.

Puppy Information

1. Please review our puppy contract prior to submitting an application. Puppy contracts are signed upon pick up of puppies. 

2. Individual puppy selections are not until puppies are 6 weeks old and have undergone their temperament testing. Our goal is to help families find the right puppy for them based on their personal needs. 

3. Puppies are all AKC registerable (limited) companions only, no breeding rights granted. 

4. All of our puppies' parents are healthy and have been genetically tested through Embark Vet for 273 genetic conditions and are unaffected.

5. We offer a 2 year life threatening genetic health guarantee with all of our puppies provided buyers have a health exam performed on their puppy by their veterinarian within 3 business days from pick up. 

6. Puppies are treated as a preventive at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age with one of the following medications treating a broad spectrum of common parasites for maximum health— Pyrantel Pamoate, Fenbendazole, and Toltrazuril 5.0%. NeoPar vaccinations are administered at 4½ and 6 weeks of age for additional protection from Parvovirus. At 7-8 weeks of age puppies will receive their first DHPP in their puppy vaccination series by our veterinarian prior to going home. Buyers will receive all of their puppy's medical documentation at the time of pick up.

7. All puppies are microchipped at 8 weeks old, prior to going home with their families through Fi Nano. We use Fi Nano as they offer free registration and free unlimited lifetime updates. Microchips are an extra layer of protection to help our puppies find their way back home safely should they get lost. 

8. Puppies do not go home until 8 weeks old. 

Additional Information

1. The remainder of your puppies fee is due in cash at the time of pick up. 

2. CCnC Retrievers reserves the right to first pick of the litter, on all litters, if desired. 

3. Our waiting list is for puppies of the breed, gender, and color requested. Not for any one specific litter. 

4. Wait-listers will get puppies as puppies become available and their position on the waiting list comes up. As others ahead of you on the waiting list select their puppies your position will move up the list for the current or future litters. 

5. Breeding is unpredictable, even with the best of planning and efforts. We ask for patience from our excitedly awaiting adopting families. We do our absolute best for our dogs and adopting families to accomplish full and healthy litters. However, breeding is unpredictable as mentioned previously, at times we may lose a puppy(ies) or a whole litter. Sometimes momma's will have confirmed ties but for whatever reason will not conceive as expected. When momma's do conceive and have successful whelping, the size of a litter and quantity of puppies' genders vary. 

6. Rest assured if you're on the waiting list for puppies and do not get a puppy from a current litter there will be a litter available for you in the future as puppies are born.
