Waiting List in Order of Deposits

Selections for puppies are in order, in accordance to the gender requested at the time clients join the waiting list.

Theres a $300 Non-refundable deposit to join the waiting list.

Once you've joined the waiting list your puppy fee will not go up, even if puppy fee rates go up due to care and supply cost increases in the future! 

*Breeder reserves the right of first pick(s) of any puppies in a litter!

We have placed our program as 1st pick on females and males in the event we choose to select a puppy to keep from a litter. This does not automatically mean we will. There is a possibility those in the 2nd picking spot may have first pick. We are now setting up our waiting list this way to avoid confusion.

Master Waiting List

As spot become available on the main waiting list clients will move up for upcoming litters. 

Waiting List Information / Conditions

1.  Please fill out our application. We will contact you via call or text after you've submitted your application. 
2. Upon an approved application a $300 non-refundable deposit is required to join the waiting list and hold your position. 
3. Deposit is accepted via CashApp, Zelle, Pay Pal (friends and family option). Remaining amount of fee due in cash at the time of pick up when puppies are 8+ weeks old. 
4. If you are applying for available puppy(ies) and your application has been approved, we will reach out to discuss the available puppy(ies) temperaments to best help you select the perfect companion for your needs and lifestyle. It's very important to us to find our families the right puppy for their family and our puppies the right family for their needs. Once we've verified we have a puppy available that meets your needs and lifestyle, we will then require the $300 non-refundable deposit to hold the puppy for you. 
5. Please remember until a deposit is received on our end puppies remain available for others to reserve to remain fair to all of our clients. 
6. Your deposit of $300 does apply to your puppy's fee. The remaining amount of $1,100 will be due in cash at the time of pick up when puppies are 8+ weeks old. 
7. Please ensure you are allowed to have a puppy where you live, no one in the home is allergic to dogs, any current pets will do well with adding a puppy to the family, all family members are okay with adding a dog to the home, that you can financially support a large breed dogs routine needs and care, etc. as deposits are non-refundable. 
8. Once approved and a deposit is received you will be added to the waiting list for the gender you've requested in numerical order. 
9. If you are open to either gender you will more than likely be in different numerical placements on the waiting list for each gender, you will select puppies in numerical order to those already on the list before you. 
10. Should you decide to change your gender preference at a later time, you will be added following others already on the list for that gender, to remain fair to other clients you won't be positioned above others already on the waiting list for that gender. 
11. Our waiting lists are not for any one litter. We go in numerical order from the time your deposit was made. You may choose to stay on the waiting list for a different litter if you would like a puppy from different parents or a puppy at a later date. 
12. Those who stay on the waiting list will move up as others select their puppies. 
13. The main waiting list is for those predicted to get puppies from the upcoming litters. 
14. The master list is for those waiting for puppies to arrive from future litters. 
15. Once you've joined the waiting list with an approved application and sent a deposit your puppy price is locked in and guaranteed to never go up, even if puppy prices increase due to care and supply costs. 
16. Any promotions run after joining the waiting list does not apply to those already on the waiting list for puppies. 
17. If you join our waiting list from a promotion and its terms and conditions aren't for a specific time frame or litter, it will apply to your puppy even if you're getting a puppy at a later time.

19. We post lots of updates as puppies grow! 
20. At 2 weeks old, once neonate puppies are out of their most critical stage we will reach out to those on the waiting list who will be getting a puppy from the litter on the ground. 
21. Puppy selections are around 6 weeks old and all puppies are temperament tested and evaluation reports have been completed. 
22. Puppies go home between 8-9 weeks old. All of our puppies see a veterinarian when they are 8 weeks old for their health exam, to ensure they are healthy and free of any congenital conditions, as well as receive their 1st DHPP vaccine in their puppy vaccine series. 
23. Puppy pick up dates are scheduled once we have the litters health exams scheduled with our veterinarian. 
24. All of our puppies come on a Puppy Contract and 1 year life threatening health guarantee. Please read over our contract prior to sending a deposit as Buyers are required to abide by all of its terms and conditions. 
25. All of our puppies' parents (Dams and Sires) are DNA tested for genetic conditions and not affected for healthier puppies. 
26. Puppies are AKC registrable, without breeding rights. 
27. We breed cream, light golden, medium golden, and dark golden Golden Retrievers. 
28. All of our puppies come with a certificate of birth keepsake, with their birth date, time, order, and newborn paw prints. 
29. Copies of both parents' DNA health reports are provided with each puppy. 
30. Our puppies come with great puppy packages with even more than what's listed here! 
31. Families receive lifetime breeder support.
