We also email all of our families a new puppy packet PDF file with some helpful information the week prior to your puppy coming home to help you prepare for their arrival and give them the best start to their new life with you!

➵ Will I get updates of the puppy I reserved?

Absolutely! We know how it can be to be excited for your new puppy and want to see all the adorable updates you can. Some breeders we've purchased our dogs from over the years have offered very little to no updates of puppies we've gotten. I vowed when we became breeders to never be a breeder that doesn't keep our puppies' families up to date. Therefore we will offer weekly photos and/or videos of your puppy's litter plus you'll see additional updates of them posted on our socials. We want you to experience their milestones with us!

➵ What care do your puppies receive?

Each of our puppies are given parasite preventatives at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks old. They'll receive the following vaccinations: 4.5 weeks and 6 weeks they’re receive a vaccination of NEOPAR by us to give them extra protection against the very serious and deadly parvovirus, at 8 weeks they will receive their first DHPP by a licensed veterinarian and will be microchipped by us through Fi Nano. Puppies are fed good quality puppy food when they're weaned from their mother. Puppies are kept indoors in a clean environment amongst our very own family and pre-spoiled with lots of love and cuddles for their families. Puppies are introduced to the outdoors at 5 weeks old in our puppy safe puppy pen during warmer weather. This is where they will have playtime outside for fresh air and sunlight and start to work on potty training. Our dog's health and development is our top priority!

➳ Do your puppies undergo any temperament tests or evaluations?

Absolutely, yes! We use the Volhard puppy aptitude test (PAT) to test our puppies at 6 weeks of age. This test is done shortly before puppy selections at 6 weeks. The Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test (PAT) is a series of standardized tests designed to evaluate a puppy's temperament and help predict their potential behavior as an adult dog. We also do our own series of temperament tests and evaluations as the puppies grow to provide families choosing puppies with a thorough puppy evaluation report of each puppy they are looking to adopt to select the puppy best fit for their family and needs. The “puppy evaluation report” we do is a physical pdf report. Buyers will be supplied with the pdf puppy reports on the gender they've selected to look through prior to selecting their puppy. This helps buyers pick the best puppy for their lifestyle and home. We ask that families evaluate these reports promptly and ask any questions they may have, so they can choose their puppy in a timely manner, especially if there are others waiting after you to select puppies on selection day.

➵ Do you genetic test all the breeding dogs in your breeding program?

Yes! We have all of our dams and sires tested for 270+ genetic conditions through Embark to ensure they're healthy to breed before we breed them to ensure we're breeding quality, healthy dogs to produce quality, healthy puppies. Some of our dogs are “clear” others are “carriers” but none are “affected”. And we don't just claim our dogs have been genetically tested, we prove it! Each of our puppies' families will be emailed a copy of their parents genetic tests for you to keep in their records for you and your vet. You may also find this information on our website at any time by locating their parents genetic testing information.

➵ Do your puppies come with a health guarantee?

Yes. Our puppies come with a 2 year life threatening genetic health guarantee. The health guarantee covers life threatening genetic conditions that have been diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian. Your puppy must be seen by a licensed veterinarian and have a health exam done within 3 business days from the day you pick your puppy up or the health guarantee will become null and void. Please schedule your puppy an appointment in advance with a veterinarian of your choosing for them to be seen within 3 days of them coming home.

➳ Do you start any sort of training or socialization prior to your puppies going home?

Absolutely! Before the puppy comes home to you we will start to work with them on marker word training (we use the word “good!”), crate training, potty training, and more. Your puppy will also be socialized with children and other dogs as well as early neurological stimulation (ENS) and exposure therapy to loud sounds such as kids playing, vacuum running, etc. Plus having their paws touched, getting a bath, and more to assist in helping them become familiar with routine grooming.

Please note: This does not mean your puppy will come home already trained. It takes consistency and dedication to train them for a while before they completely get the hang of it. Some pups take longer than others. Starting this with our puppies offers our puppies families a head start in the puppy training they'll need to continue once their puppy comes home.

➵ Can I get information about the parents of the puppy/ litter I'm interested in?

Absolutely! The health and temperament of your puppy's parents is important information. This information is a good indicator on the health and temperament your puppy may have. For that reason we have included a bio on each of our parent dogs (dams and sires) for you to read on our website. And of course we are willing to answer any questions you have as well. Rest assured temperament is our top priority and we have carefully and diligently selected our puppies parents to have outstanding temperaments and great health!

➵ Are your puppies registered?

Yes! All of our Labrador and Golden Retriever puppies are AKC registered. At this time ALL of our puppies are sold on a limited registration only. This means they will not come with breeding rights. Our puppies are to be pet companions only and are NOT to be bred. You can still register your puppy, get multiple generation pedigrees, compete in competitions (if applicable), etc. This may change at a later date but as of right now we are not selling puppies to breeders or to be bred by hobbyists.

➵ Do you offer video conferences (video chat) of puppies for reservations?

Most definitely! Whether you're not sure which puppy you want to reserve, would like to see them all before you choose one or would like to see the puppy/litter you're interested in real time, and even see the parents if you’d like, we offer video conferences. This is a perfect way to see the puppies, mom, and dad. And ask the questions you have before sending your deposit. This also helps our families verify our program is not a scam and we are proud to offer that reassurance, especially in today's world.

➵ How does your waiting list/reservation process work?

There is a $200 non-refundable deposit to get on our waiting list for puppies.

It is strongly recommended to join our waiting list well in advance to have more puppies to choose from. The higher on the list you are, the less number of buyers selecting before you for puppies.

Getting on the waiting list does not promise puppies from the next available expected litter. We operate puppy availability in numerical order to those on our waiting list. If you are on the waiting list and do not get an opportunity for a puppy from a litter on the ground, you will move up the waiting list for following litters until your position on the waiting list aligns with puppy availability. We ask for your patience please, you will get an opportunity for puppies when your position comes up on the list.

When we have a litter coming for the breed you've requested we will reach out and let you know. Then we will reach out to you again once they’ve been born. We will keep you updated.

Once puppies are born, make it through the first 5-7 days, and are continuing to thrive, we will reach out to those in order of the waiting list for the number of puppies we have available.

Please make sure prior to making any deposit that you are ready and able to have a puppy and large adult dog as deposits are non-refundable.

Specific puppy selections will not be until puppies are 6 weeks old. We encourage our families who've made deposits for a specific litter to follow the litter's updates closely so you have a good idea of the puppies personality and temperament prior to selecting. We will provide all of this information on our social media accounts, especially our Facebook page. Please make sure to follow us on Facebook!

We want each of our puppies to go through a series of tests prior to being placed, as well as be able to provide our puppies' families with a “puppy report” of each puppy's personality and temperament prior to selecting.

Each puppy will go through a series of tests and each puppy will have a puppy report provided to the potential family interested prior to selecting to help families choose the perfect puppy for them.

Should there not be a puppy available you're interested in by the time your spot on the waiting list comes up your deposit can be moved to another future litter and go back on the waiting list without losing your position.

This is why we strongly encourage families to get on a waiting list well in advance to be higher up on the list and have more puppies to choose from when selections are made.

Reservations for available puppies 6+ weeks old or older

All families wishing to buy a puppy will need to fill out and submit for approval our puppy application.

You may submit an application to reserve a specific puppy that's listed as “available” if the puppy is 6+ weeks old. If you're interested in a puppy not yet 6 weeks old, you may still submit an application for them and choose to wait and see if they become available after those on our waiting list have selected their puppies when they are 6 weeks old. We will list any available puppies on our website and Facebook page after everyone on our waiting list has had an opportunity to select their puppy.

Please be prepared to make your deposit immediately upon approval of your application as to not potentially lose the puppy you're wishing to reserve, as puppies remain available to the public until a deposit is received on our end. The deposit is $200 (non-refundable). Once we receive your deposit on our end we will mark your selected puppy “reserved” for you. The selected puppy will be held until the scheduled pick up date. Please be advised puppies continue to be available until a deposit is received on our end.

Each family who has made a reservation deposit will get frequent updates of each puppy of the gender you've chosen until it's time to select puppies at 6 weeks old.

Updates of all puppies will be posted on our socials. Our Facebook page, Facebook profile, and our website is the best place to find the most information on puppies, litters, puppies parents, and our program.

Deposits are non-refundable. Please be sure you're able to have a large breed puppy where you live, have the time to dedicate to a puppy (training, care, exercise, etc.), can financially support a large breed dog, that current pets are friendly and willing to accept a new puppy, that all household occupants are okay with adding a new puppy to the household, and but not limited to that no one in the household has allergies to dogs as we do not offer refunds.

➵ Do you have an application process?

Yes, we do. We want our puppies to have the best forever homes as possible. It's important to us for our puppies and buyers' sakes to ensure our puppies are going into the right home for them, able to provide proper care they'll need. We try our best to keep our application process as smooth as possible. Once your application has been reviewed we will reach out to you.

It's highly recommended to join the waiting list early to be higher up on the list to have more puppies to choose from.

Puppies under 6 weeks old: We do not do specific puppy selections until 6 weeks old and those on our waiting list will get first opportunity to reserve puppies available before puppies are available to the public. We want our puppies' families to have an idea of the personality and temperament of the puppy first, as well as be able to pair puppies' specific personalities and temperaments with the right family and their needs.

Selections of puppies do go in numerical order to our waiting list. You will be told prior to making your deposit which position in line you’re in to select your puppy at 6 weeks as well as you may find that information on our website under the “waiting lists” tab.

Puppies 6 weeks or older: Available puppies 6 weeks or older and are listed as “available” on our website and socials are able to be reserved immediately. Puppies do not go home until 8 weeks old, no exceptions. Selling puppies before 8 weeks old is not only illegal but also unethical! Puppies need the full 8 weeks to properly develop before heading off to their new homes.

Puppies ready to go home at 8+ weeks or older: Puppies 8 weeks or older may be scheduled for pickup same or next day. If a buyer needs a puppy ready to go held longer than 24 hours, a $200 non-refundable reservation deposit will be required prior to holding the puppy.
